Afon Community Dance Expressive Dance Tuition

Afon Community Dance are supported by us to run Creative and Contemporary Dance sessions throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Dancers can attend regular sessions learning and developing dance techniques, skills, confidence and self- esteem. This is achieved through creating artistic and imaginative work. Young people have the opportunity to perform at various showcase events throughout the year. The Afon classes include Toddlers toes, Childrens dance, Junior dance Younger Youth an Afon Youth Company which ranges from age 3 to 25. Young people are offered progression routes with Afon Community Dance but also opportunities to work with other national companies like Ballet Cymru.
